Miss Violet is the little sister to Charlotte and the sweet baby girl to Lindsey and Jon. She came into the world at the beginning of July and has her family wrapped around her tiny fingers already. She is such a sweet and calm baby. Taking these pictures was a joy.

Update: 101 in 1001 June 2010
1. Get in shape. Work out at least 3 times per week. (June 2010) I’ve lost 2 pounds, thank you very much.
My mommy friends and I from MOMS Club, walk 2+ miles 3 times a week.
14. Take the kids on a real beach vacation. (July 2010) Tampla, FL

29. Try real Sushi. (June 2010) It was yummy and I’ll be doing it again. We went to Asahi Japanese Steakhouse in Southern Maryland. Yum.
67. Go to church every Sunday for an entire month. (June 2010) Even with as busy as I was, I still made it every Sunday.
84. Go one week without getting on Facebook. It was easy. I was on vacation!

Love and Hope
Kelly and Ryan were married this weekend at St. Mary’s Hope on Church Cove. Honestly, had this place been available when I got married, I would have had my wedding there. It was a beautiful day. Enjoy Kelly and Ryan!

LOVE on the Bay
The Chesapeake Beach Resort and Spa was the perfect setting for a beach wedding. It was in the mid 80’s, close to sunset. We all had sand in our shoes. The scent of the Chesapeake Bay drifted in the air. The waves crashed along the shore. The seagulls made their calls in the background. Ahhh…. summer.
I don’t think either one of them stopped smiling all day. They both could not wait to be married to each other and kept asking how the other was doing.
I always cry at weddings, but Meagan and Blaine had me crying no less than three times! They are just that sweet…
Meagan and Blaine, I wish you feel this happy forever.

Ch ch changes!
Effective immediately, pricing and package changes have been made: (NOTE: if you already have a signed contract or have met with me, this will not change anything for you.)
Documentary Wedding Photography pricing will stay the same. However, the package will no longer include 4 x 6 proofs in an album. I’m taking full advantage of the fact that you have online proofing included in your package. Everything else remains the same.
Lifestyle Portraiture pricing is being raised to $200 for the session and will also, no longer have proofs in an album. Again, online proofing!!! However, you will receive a coffee-table book of your session. YIPPEE!
Baby’s First Year Package is being raised to $700 for the year and will also no longer have 4×6 proofs but instead will include a coffee-table book for the end of the year. Everything else remains the same.
Sadly, I will also no longer be offering an $350/hour option for wedding photography. There wasn’t enough interest for me to keep it on the menu. Sorry folks!
I have been considering these changes for a long time and have now decided to do it. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
Enjoy the summer!

June 23, 2010 - 9:53 pm - Amanda, Is it still $350 extra if we need u for more than 6 hours?
June 23, 2010 - 11:30 pm - Yes. I hope you are doing well!
